To achieve this, he documented the making of his recent studio album, *Idols*, in Berlin for the upcoming film *Yungblud: Are You Ready, Boy?*. Directed by Paul Dugdale, this film is set to hit theaters on August 20 and 24.

### A Vision for the Future

“I wanted to create a film that authentically captures this moment in time as we prepare for the release of my most ambitious album yet,” Yungblud expressed in a recent statement. Berlin, known for its raw and authentic energy, has always inspired him. Visiting Hansa Studios—a place rich in musical history—fills him with a sense of awe. “Standing there, you ponder, ‘Who am I? What legacy will I leave?’”

### Inside the Documentary

*Are You Ready, Boy?* blends behind-the-scenes glimpses with twelve live performances from *Idols*, which debuted in June. This two-hour documentary, produced by B.R.A.T Productions in partnership with Aldgate Pictures, will be shown in 30 countries globally through Trafalgar Releasing. In the U.K., the film is scheduled to be screened in 150 theaters. Fans can start purchasing tickets on July 17 through the official Yungblud website.

### Unique Creative Process

Director Dugdale remarked on the special atmosphere during filming. “Creating this film was a rare moment between finishing the record and others hearing it for the first time,” he explained. “This transitional phase for artists is remarkable, offering an opportunity to document a period free from outside influences. It was a pure experience, allowing us to engage with Dom without the noise of public opinion, giving us a chance to start fresh.”
