TEEKS Set to Open New Zealand’s Latest Theatre Venue

Celebrated musician TEEKS has been announced as the main act for the eagerly anticipated public opening night of a new theatre in New Zealand.

On Friday, January 23rd, 2026, TEEKS will make his debut in Kirikiriroa/Hamilton, showcasing a blend of brand-new music and breathtaking visuals at the Waikato Regional Theatre as it opens its doors to the public.

With the release of his latest single “Red Light” and a new album in the works, attending a TEEKS performance promises to be nothing less than a transformative experience.

TEEKS burst onto the scene with his 2017 EP The Grapefruit Skies, which achieved Platinum status and received widespread acclaim in New Zealand, paving the way for his international career.
