Ahan Shetty Celebrates a Special Diwali with Niece Athiya’s Daughter

“For me, the festive season is all about spending quality time with family and friends. I wasn’t in Mumbai for the last two years, but this year is especially meaningful as it’s Evaarah’s first Diwali. The excitement is palpable; despite KL Rahul being away on tour, the rest of the family will gather to celebrate,” shares Ahan.

He believes this celebration will be unlike any other. “Evaarah has filled our lives with immense joy. Although we were happy as a family before, her presence adds a profound depth to our joy. My role as an uncle will be a blend of pampering and teaching. I plan to strike a balance between being playful and offering some guidance,” he reveals.

Ahan also shares a new perspective on his sister, Athiya. “Seeing her nurture Evaarah has been enlightening. I always respected her as my older sister, but now witnessing her care for her child fills me with pride. It’s lovely to see that maternal side emerge in her,” he remarks.

Currently working on the movie Border 2, Ahan is adhering to a strict diet but promises to indulge during the festivities. “I can’t resist the sweets, especially motichoor laddoos. Even while maintaining my diet, Diwali treats will have a special place,” he admits with a smile.

Reflecting on the significance of Diwali, he adds, “To me, it symbolizes joy and the opportunity to release the past while looking forward to new beginnings. As I reflect on my journey, I am eager to embrace the fresh chapter that’s unfolding in my life.”
