Despite receiving mixed reviews, the film managed to earn ₹13.10 crore globally on its first day, according to Sacnilk.
According to trade site Sacnilk, the film earned ₹9.25 crore from the domestic market on opening day. When considering the total gross, it registered ₹11.10 crore in India and ₹2.00 crore from international markets, totaling ₹13.10 crore. The overall occupancy was 34.08%, with varying attendance throughout the day.
Although the film’s performance was still below its competitor *Kantara: Chapter 1*, which collected ₹90 crore, it outperformed *Mere Husband Ki Biwi* that totaled ₹12.85 crore and other rom-coms released this year.
Directed by Shashank Khaitan and produced by Dharma Productions and Mentor Disciple Entertainment, the film features a star-studded cast including Varun Dhawan, Janhvi Kapoor, Rohit Saraf, and Sanya Malhotra. The movie has received mixed reviews, with many critics highlighting its predictable storyline while praising Varun Dhawan’s engaging performance.
