Comedian Samay Raina caught attention at the premiere of Aryan Khan’s debut, *The Ba***ds of Bollywood*, with his bold ‘Say No to Cruise’ T-shirt. Raghav Juyal recently disclosed how Shah Rukh and Aryan reacted to this choice of attire.
Reflecting on that moment, Raghav shared how Samay entered the screening wearing the T-shirt, eliciting laughter from the crowd, including Aryan Khan. He joined Ranveer Allahabadia on his podcast and recounted the incident.
With a chuckle, Raghav mentioned, “He showed up in that T-shirt, and everyone was laughing! Aryan was laughing, and the whole place was cracking up. He can pull it off, that’s just his style!”
When it came to Shah Rukh’s response, Raghav revealed, “Even Sir couldn’t stop laughing. For him, everyone’s like family.”
Worn during Aryan’s screening last month, Samay’s T-shirt delivered a pointed message: ‘Say no to cruise’. This was widely interpreted as a commentary on Aryan’s past involvement in a cruise-drug case, sparking conversations on social media.
One user joked, “Samay is truly one of a kind. I can’t stop laughing!” while another remarked, “He has guts. He should really think twice about such things!”
In October 2021, Aryan Khan found himself at the center of a high-profile drug case following a raid on a Goa-bound cruise ship by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB).
During the raid, Aryan and several others were apprehended, leading to Aryan’s arrest. After spending over three weeks in jail, he was eventually cleared of charges related to the case.
