Post Malone and Lainey Wilson Shine Together in ‘Nosedive’ at Nashville Bar Opening

## Post Malone’s Grand Opening at Posty’s
At the much-anticipated opening of his bar, Posty’s, in Downtown Nashville, Post Malone set a rather unique guideline. He decided not to perform any of his original hits—no “Sunflower,” no “Rockstar,” and definitely not “I Had Some Help.” However, he made a notable exception for a special guest.
### A Special Guest Appearance
Lainey Wilson took the stage alongside Malone to perform their duet “Nosedive” from *F-1 Trillion*. Malone addressed the excited crowd, saying, “I know there’s a thing about no originals, but if I could play an original tonight, I swear she’s going to make it worth it. Ladies and gentlemen, would you please welcome to the stage Miss Lainey motherfucking Wilson.”

### A Night of Covers and Collaboration
Before Lainey joined him, Malone had already been in a celebratory mood, admitting he wasn’t sure he’d remember all the lyrics. “I’m going to mess it up,” he chuckled, “but you’re going to crush it. Make some noise!”
Malone performed quite well on the other songs in his set, offering covers of Vince Gill’s “What the Cowgirls Do,” Hank Williams Jr.’s “Outlaw Women,” Brad Paisley’s “Ticks,” Toby Keith’s “How Do You Like Me Now,” and Zach Top’s “I Never Lie.”
Adding to the night’s excitement, Brooks & Dunn graced the stage with Malone for performances of “Neon Moon” and “Brand New Man.” Dierks Bentley also joined the festivities for a rendition of “What Was I Thinkin’.”
### The Venue Experience
Posty’s had its soft opening back in July, allowing access to the first floor. The grand opening revealed two additional floors, featuring a full-service restaurant, karaoke, a live music stage, and a gift shop, along with a rooftop bar to enjoy.
After completing his set, Malone generously covered the entire bar tab until 2 a.m. “Drinks are on me tonight for the whole entire night; food is on me tonight, whatever you want!” he enthusiastically told the crowd.
What do you think of Post Malone’s grand opening celebrations? Would you have enjoyed being part of such an unforgettable night?
