While Hocane’s account has returned, other prominent Pakistani celebrities, such as Mahira Khan, Atif Aslam, and Fawad Khan, continue to be inaccessible to users in India.

Mawra faced significant backlash after criticizing India’s Operation Sindoor on social media, labeling it a “cowardly” act. This triggered public outrage and prompted distancing from industry colleagues.

Mawra Shares Reel from Sanam Teri Kasam

Interestingly, just hours prior to her account becoming visible again, Mawra posted a fan-made reel on her Instagram, highlighting her looks from the 2016 film Sanam Teri Kasam, a project that marked her rise to fame in India.

Mawra Excluded from Sanam Teri Kasam Sequel

Mawra has been removed from the upcoming sequel to Sanam Teri Kasam. Co-star Harshvardhan Rane expressed that he would not participate in the sequel if the original cast remained intact, stating, “While I appreciate the experience, I must respectfully decline participation if the previous cast is retained, given the remarks made about my country.”

This statement was later affirmed by directors Radhika Rao and Vinay Sapru, who confirmed, “Mawra definitely nahi hai (Mawra is definitely not a part of it).”
