Justice is set to conclude their massive Hyperdrama world tour with a series of performances on the East Coast this December. They have revealed exciting support acts for their Australian tour.
Tame Impala will participate with a special DJ set, while the iconic Busy P, known for his work with Ed Banger, will join the French electronic duo for their exclusive performances in Australia this year.
Event Details
TEG Live is facilitating the Australian shows, which will kick off at Sydney’s Qudos Bank Arena on Tuesday, December 3rd. Following that, they will perform at Melbourne’s John Cain Arena on Friday, December 5th, before concluding at Brisbane Entertainment Centre on Sunday, December 7th. Tickets are currently available through Ticketek.
About the Artists
Justice, comprising Gaspard Augé and Xavier de Rosnay, is experiencing a resurgence with their album Hyperdrama, their first studio project in eight years. The album has not only topped the US Dance/Electronic Albums chart but has also garnered a Grammy nomination in 2025. Their collaboration with Tame Impala’s Kevin Parker on the track “Neverender” won the Grammy for Best Dance/Electronic Recording.
The duo had been planning this collaboration for a while, as Augé explained, “From that moment, we thought, ‘OK, there’s something here for us that would make a natural match for our music.’” This synergy finally materialized with tracks like “Neverender” and “One Night/All Night,” allowing Parker’s unique voice to shine.
Rare Australian Return
For Kevin Parker, this tour marks a significant and eagerly awaited return to play in Australia, as he hasn’t done a multi-date DJ tour at home before. His involvement adds a surreal, psych-pop element to Justice’s gritty electronic style, creating a distinct artistic cross-over.
Also on the bill is Busy P, whose real name is Pedro Winter. As the founder of Ed Banger Records and former manager for Daft Punk, his established relationship with Justice and reputation as a legendary DJ enhance the overall experience and excitement of the lineup.
Final Thoughts
“We’re thrilled to wrap up this 21-month tour in Australia,” Justice stated. “With some help from our friends Tame Impala and Busy P.”
This series of shows comes in the wake of Justice’s much-anticipated comeback at Coachella 2024, where they unveiled their fresh live performance to enthusiastic crowds and received high praise. The tour has even earned them an honorary award at the NRJ Awards, and their recent collaboration, “Wake Me Up” with The Weeknd, is nearing 60 million streams on Spotify.
