Dubbed L’ARBRE 27, this villa complex is a significant addition to her property collection, boasting a limited number of just 27 exclusive units, all of which have now sold out.

Jisoo’s New Property Investment

Recent reports suggest that Jisoo’s investment in high-end properties showcases her financial acumen. Both she and HYBE’s Bang Si Hyuk will soon become neighbors in this upscale location. With properties that rival some of the finest in the area, their new homes exemplify luxury living. Jisoo also owns a unit at the prestigious Hannam The Hill, previously home to notable figures like BTS’s Jin and actor So Ji Sub. According to sources including Koreaboo, penthouse units within L’ARBRE 27 have staggering price tags, with some listed at 45 billion KRW (approximately 31.6 million USD). Standard units, meanwhile, are reported to be around 20 billion KRW (about 14 million USD). Currently, the residential complex is under construction, featuring two buildings with five underground floors and seven above-ground levels.
