Ed Sheeran Announces Exciting Tour Dates for Australia and New Zealand

Ed Sheeran is gearing up to perform in Australia and New Zealand, much to the excitement of fans.

After Frontier Touring hinted at the news on July 22nd, the global music sensation confirmed his ‘Loop Tour’ will be heading to Down Under.

Sheeran’s tour includes shows in major cities like Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Perth, Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, and Adelaide throughout January, February, and March of next year. This time around, he will have multiple performances in Sydney, Brisbane, and Melbourne, with Christchurch set to welcome him back after 11 years.

Tickets are set to go on sale to the public on Tuesday, July 29th, at specific times for each city (details below). For those eager to get ahead, the Frontier Member pre-sale starts on Monday, July 28th, and the Telstra Plus Member pre-sale kicks off on Friday, July 25th.

The English singer-songwriter has a massive following in these regions, already selling 2.5 million tickets in Australia and New Zealand combined.

Following this tour, Sheeran’s new album, Play, is expected to be released on Friday, September 12th. The album includes recent hits like “Azizam,” “Sapphire,” and “Old Phone.” It’s described as a vibrant pop album that captures the essence of an artist inspired by life and travel.
