In the latest episode of *Two Much*, hosted by Twinkle Khanna and Kajol, Chunky Panday and Govinda reminisced about their careers and friendship. Chunky shared the amusing tale of how he first entered the film industry, and it all started in an unexpected place—a bathroom!

Behind the Scenes

Chunky initially faced challenges in landing roles as he struggled for several years without any offers, even for minor parts. He noted, “I wanted to become an actor, but there was no actor in my family. My maternal uncle did character roles, and after 4-5 years of struggle, I managed to enter the industry, thanks to Govinda.”

A Meeting That Changed Everything

Chunky recounted a pivotal moment when he met producer Pahlaj Nihalani in a bathroom. “I didn’t have any idea who he was since social media wasn’t around then. My drawstring was stuck, and he helped me. After we introduced ourselves, he invited me to his house, leading to my first film,” he explained. This fortuitous encounter eventually brought him the role that launched his career.

Chunky’s acting debut came in 1987 with *Aag Hi Aag*, where he gained popularity for his role as Babban in *Tezaab*. Fast forward to today, his daughter, Ananya Panday, is also making her mark in the industry.
