BTS' RM Causes a Stir After Phone Incident, Teases Upcoming Group Livestream

RM made a brief return to Weverse on July 7, showcasing his charming clumsiness. His live session lasted only 2 minutes and 25 seconds, which left fans craving more. Thankfully, RM quickly clarified the short duration.

He ignited excitement among fans by hinting at an upcoming live session with his BTS bandmates. This would be the group’s second appearance together since their military service concluded.

RM’s Quickest Weverse Live!

The BTS leader, Kim Namjoon, also known as RM, had intended for the broadcast to be more extended and share some details about his time in Los Angeles. Unfortunately, his typical clumsiness led to a shorter than planned session.

During the live stream, he ended up dropping his phone in water, which caused some technical issues as he tried to clean it while engaging with viewers. Unfortunately, this led to some microphone problems.

He concluded the live session by stating he would return after drying his device. However, later, he regrettably informed the BTS ARMY on Weverse that the phone was beyond repair and apologized for the brief live stream. Fans took the incident in stride.

Fan Reactions to RM’s Phone Fiasco

The humor within the BTS ARMY is just as lively as RM’s antics. Fans humorously remarked, “Our god of destruction is back,” a nickname reflecting RM’s history of clumsiness and mishaps. Many shared laughter over his ability to drop or break things.

Some fans even suggested practical advice for the situation, recommending placing the phone in rice to help it dry out.

Upcoming BTS OT7 Live on the Horizon

In his apology, RM included exciting news: a second group livestream featuring all BTS members is on the way. He mentioned he would return for a session “later with the members,” bringing joy to fans who are now eagerly awaiting this event.
