K-pop fans, especially those from the 3rd generation, gathered with excitement as BLACKPINK’s concert in South Korea unfolded. The event, part of their highly anticipated BLACKPINK DEADLINE World Tour, attracted numerous celebrities from various K-pop groups, creating an atmosphere filled with star power.
BTS member J-Hope was among the notable attendees, surprising many with his appearance. He was joined by friends of members Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, and Lisa, including artists from groups like Red Velvet, SEVENTEEN, and TWICE.
Celebrity Sightings at BLACKPINK’s Concert
During the concert, J-Hope had a little mix-up with his seating arrangements. After initially finding his spot, he ended up on his phone and was later moved next to actor Lee Dong Hwi. Fans speculated about which BLACKPINK member had invited him, adding to the intrigue around their friendships. Just the day before, he had performed at PSY’s SUMMER SWAG, captivating the audience with his talent.
Star-Studded Attendance
Social media buzzed with videos and images showcasing other stars in attendance, including TWICE’s Nayeon and Jihyo, SEVENTEEN members Mingyu, The8, and Jeonghan, as well as Red Velvet’s Irene and Seulgi. Even I-DLE’s Minnie, IVE, and LE SSERAFIM were spotted cheering for BLACKPINK.
Members of WINNER, such as Seunghoon, and other friends from the entertainment industry, including Jung Hae In and Lee Soo Hyuk, also enjoyed the electrifying atmosphere. This made BLACKPINK’s concert one of the most remarkable events in K-pop history.
As the girls launched their tour in South Korea, they initially planned to have ten stops, but excitement led them to expand to sixteen! After the South Korean leg, they are set to travel to the USA and Canada, followed by Europe in August. Following a break in September, BLACKPINK will return for more concerts in Asia, extending into 2026, with a final performance scheduled for January 25 in Hong Kong.
Recently, BLACKPINK delighted fans by performing their new single “JUMP” for the first time, generating strong reactions. The official release is expected soon, although YG Entertainment has yet to confirm the details.
