Did Anurag Follow the Same Approach?

In response to questions about following the “Saiyaara playbook” for his lead actors, Anurag clarified, “No, it’s not about that. There’s too much pressure on newcomers. They should be evaluated based on their performance rather than hype.” He emphasized that only after witnessing their roles would audiences be equipped to pose relevant questions.

Additionally, when asked if he avoided interviews due to potential discussions around nepotism linked to Aaishvary’s family background, Anurag replied, “That wouldn’t be an issue after seeing his work. Critiques will naturally fade once his performance is acknowledged.” He underscored that Aaishvary’s acting was among the finest debuts in recent memory and firmly stated that his casting was not influenced by nepotism.
