BTS' Jin Addresses Favoritism Concerns Amidst Surging Ad Collaborations

BTS member Jin is currently captivating fans worldwide with remarkable performances during his first solo world tour. Alongside his on-stage presence, his frequent appearances in various advertisements have generated quite a buzz. This has sparked discussions regarding whether Jin enjoys preferential treatment over his fellow group members when it comes to ad deals.

BTS’ Jin as a Model for Multiple Brands

Jin has successfully collaborated with an array of brands, spanning from luxury fashion to local cuisine. His influence, along with that of the other BTS members, significantly boosts sales and engagement for these businesses. Fans have expressed their excitement to see him featured in ads for popular food items like canned fish and ramen.

One dedicated ARMY member compared Jin’s ad partnerships with those of his counterparts, prompting a notable reaction from Jin himself.

Jin Explains His Visibility in Ads

While browsing a post on Weverse that discussed the various brands represented by BTS members, Jin took the opportunity to clarify the situation. He shed light on his approach to endorsements compared to that of his teammates.

“I just [happened to] end up doing a lot [of ads]. The other members get tons of ad offers too; they just choose not to accept them,” he explained.

His response addressed any speculations about favoritism arising from his increased ad deals. Jin emphasized that he, too, has declined numerous offers. He stated, “I’ll also work hard on the projects I currently have, so it seems I won’t be taking on more… (though I might change my mind if something appealing comes along).”

Jin’s thoughtful remarks not only dispelled doubts about preferential treatment but also showcased his commitment to his fellow members. This moment reaffirmed the strong bond and camaraderie within BTS, highlighting that their relationship extends beyond being just bandmates.
