Bruce Springsteen’s Tour Achieves $700 Million in Ticket Sales

## Bruce Springsteen’s Record-Breaking Tour

Bruce Springsteen’s recent world tour with the E Street Band has turned out to be the most lucrative of his career, raking in over $700 million.

### Stellar Success

Running from 2023 to 2025, the tour covered 129 shows across two continents. Despite facing a peptic ulcer postponement, it grossed nearly $730 million. This figure is more than double what Springsteen earned during his previous top-grossing tour, the *Wrecking Ball* tour in 2012 and 2013, which made $347 million.

### Unprecedented Ticket Sales

The tour also broke records for ticket sales, with a total of 4.9 million tickets sold. On average, this resulted in nightly sales of around 37,900 tickets, generating approximately $5.7 million per show—both impressive milestones in Springsteen’s touring history.

### Ticket Price Insights

While critics have noted that ticket prices for this tour were higher than in the past, *Billboard* offers a different perspective. They point out that the increase of 29 percent—from $115 to $149—compares favorably to the typical ticket price hikes for other arena and stadium performances, whether from legacy or modern acts.

## A Historic Achievement

Completing the tour in Italy earlier this month, Springsteen and the E Street Band found themselves among an elite group of artists whose tours have grossed over $700 million. They join the ranks of Taylor Swift, U2, Coldplay, and Ed Sheeran, making this tour one of the top 10 highest-grossing tours of all time.

### Total Career Earnings

Throughout his entire touring journey, both as a solo artist and with the E Street Band, Springsteen has amassed over $2.3 billion in gross earnings. This accomplishment places him among a select group of only five artists to achieve such a financial milestone.
