Tanya shares that her family has a cherished Diwali tradition. “We engage in Sahaj Marg meditation, a practice that my grandparents started. While my siblings join us virtually, my parents and I meditate together. It’s a special aspect of our celebration.” The family home, located in Janak Puri, also serves as a Heartfulness Committee center, welcoming many participants during this festive time.

Tanya reveals, “This meditation is an important community ritual. Anyone over the age of sixteen can join, creating a large family atmosphere. I cherish these moments every time I return to Delhi.”

Additionally, she is eager to unwind with friends. “Our celebrations are typically low-key, yet deeply enjoyable. Many friends are visiting from different cities, and I’m excited to catch up. For the festivities, I prefer a simple salwar suit—comfort is key for me at home. And I can’t wait to indulge in my chachiji’s delicious makkhan malai—nothing beats home-cooked food from Delhi!” announces Maniktala, who is set to appear in the upcoming OTT series Pan Parda Zarda.
