For instance, he pointed out that Kiaan’s name was misspelled and Samara’s address was incorrectly listed. Jethmalani questioned how a devoted father could make such glaring mistakes in a legal document intended to represent his wishes.

Karisma Kapoor is backing her children in this legal battle, despite not being a direct plaintiff. The legal counsel representing the children stated that the only person who could have arranged such a will would be Priya, as she stands to benefit from it. The assertion is that no one else had the motive to forge the document. The court proceedings are set to continue, and further evidence will be examined.

Previously, during a hearing on October 9, Samara and Kiaan characterized Priya as “Cinderella’s evil stepmother,” further fueling tensions in the courtroom. A preliminary court ruling had allowed Priya to provide a sealed inventory of Sunjay’s assets, emphasizing the importance of confidentiality in the case.
Sunjay Kapur, who led Sona Comstar, a prominent automotive company, passed away in London in June due to a heart attack. He had been married to Karisma from 2003 until 2016, and later married Priya in 2017.
