Bollywood’s beloved couple, Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif, recently thrilled fans with their pregnancy announcement. Vicky, looking forward to fatherhood, has shared that he considers it “the biggest blessing” and states plans to stay close by Katrina’s side as they embark on this new journey.
In a recent statement, Vicky shared that he anticipates an exciting time ahead as a father. He humorously mentioned, “I don’t think I will step out of the house,” suggesting he will be fully present during the process.
During his appearance at the Yuvaa Conclave in Mumbai, Vicky engaged in a heartwarming discussion about stepping into fatherhood. In response to inquiries about his expectations as a parent, he simply replied, “Just being a dad.”
Vicky reflected on the upcoming changes by saying, “I think it is a huge blessing… Exciting times, almost there, so fingers crossed,” subtly hinting that Katrina’s delivery might be around the corner.
His brother, Sunny Kaushal, also expressed enthusiasm about the family’s growing excitement and slight nervousness regarding the upcoming bundle of joy.
Last month, Vicky and Katrina broke the news of their pregnancy, putting an end to speculation. In a heartfelt shared Polaroid photo, Katrina can be seen cradling her baby bump, while Vicky affectionately leans against her.
The couple wrote, “On our way to start the best chapter of our lives with hearts full of joy and gratitude.” After a beautiful courthouse wedding in 2021 at the Six Senses Resort in Rajasthan, they are now eager to welcome their first child together.
