Reflections on Love and Fatherhood
Varun Dhawan is a devoted family man. During a candid discussion with Twinkle Khanna and Kajol on their show Too Much, Varun recounted his love story. He stated, “I fell in love with Natasha when I was in 5th standard, when I first saw her at the basketball court… In school, we didn’t take it seriously, but once we became friends, I admired her kindness and the wonderful person she is. I often find myself just watching her interact with Lara and sometimes she nudges me to take my turn.”
Speaking about fatherhood, he shared with PTI, “Being a father, especially to a daughter, is transformative. It alters your outlook completely. When I became a father, my mother’s lessons resonated deeply, making me realize how could I ever be unkind to her after witnessing Natasha’s nurturing ways. It’s been an incredible and beautiful journey.”
Current Projects
On the professional front, Varun was last seen in Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari, featuring Janhvi Kapoor, Sanya Malhotra, and Rohit Saraf. Excitingly, he also has the much-anticipated Border 2 on the horizon.
