Varun Dhawan recently shared a heartfelt snapshot with his daughter, Lara, as they marked the Diwali celebrations at home. The image showcased both of them participating in the Laxmi Puja, a significant ritual during this festive occasion.
However, shortly after posting it on Instagram, Varun decided to delete the photo.
A Glimpse into the Celebration
In the shared image, Varun can be seen holding Lara in front of their beautifully decorated space for the Laxmi Puja, filled with flowers, candles, and a small idol of Laxmi and Ganesh. Dressed casually in a white tee, Varun cradled Lara, whose face wasn’t visible as the picture was taken from behind.
He captioned the post with a warm message: “आपको दिवाली की ढेर सारी शुभकामनाएं” (Wishing you loads of blessings on Diwali).
After deleting this particular post, Varun shared another that showcased his Diwali look. Donned in a cream-colored kurta, he wrote, “Happy Diwali 🪔.”
Family Life
Varun married Natasha Dalal in 2021, and their daughter, Lara, was welcomed into the world in June 2024. He revealed her name for the first time on an episode of "Kaun Banega Crorepati," discussing it with host Amitabh Bachchan.
