Travis Returns to Australia for Their First Shows in 24 Years!

After an extended hiatus of 24 years, the renowned Scottish band Travis is set to return to Australia.

In January next year, fans will have the chance to see Travis perform live again, marking their first appearance since their sold-out tour back in 2001.

The BRIT Award-winning group is hitting the road to celebrate their iconic album, The Man Who, which achieved platinum status in Australia, selling over 110,000 copies.

During their shows in Fremantle, Melbourne, Adelaide, Sydney, and Brisbane, Travis will play The Man Who in its entirety, along with other cherished tracks from their extensive discography.

Tour and Ticket Information

General ticket sales will commence on Thursday, September 25th at 3pm local time, while the artist pre-sale starts on Tuesday, September 23rd at 2pm local time. Mastercard’s pre-sale will also kick off on the same day, and the Live Nation pre-sale will begin the following day, September 24th, at 2pm local time.

Travis’ Busy Touring History

Though they haven’t graced Australian stages in years, Travis has kept busy performing at major festivals worldwide. Their appearances have included renowned events like Glastonbury, T in the Park, and Breathing Festival.

Originally released in 1999, The Man Who received mixed reviews initially but later emerged as a sensation, dominating the UK Albums Chart for nine weeks.

This beloved album, which reached the top 10 in Australia, features timeless hits such as “Driftwood,” “Turn,” and “Why Does It Always Rain on Me?”.
