## Armageddon Expo Guest Line-Up Revealed

A notable list of star attractions has been unveiled for the upcoming Armageddon Expo, set to occur in Auckland this October.

### Star Attractions

The expo’s organizers have described the guest lineup as a “dream team” for pop culture enthusiasts. Key guests include **Elijah Wood**, famously known for portraying **Frodo** in *The Lord of the Rings*, and **Andy Serkis**, recognized for his groundbreaking work in motion capture, seen in blockbuster films spanning the *Star Wars* series, the *Marvel* universe, and as **Gollum** in *The Lord of the Rings*.

Joining them are **Evangeline Lilly**, acclaimed for her roles in *Lost*, *The Hobbit*, and *Ant-Man*, alongside **John Boyega**, known for his performance in *Star Wars*.

Additional celebrities attending include **Rose McGowan**, anticipated for her roles in *Scream* and *Charmed*, and **Kaitlyn Dever**, who has made recent appearances in *Booksmart*, *Uncharted*, and HBO’s *The Last of Us*. Also featured is New Zealand-born talent, **Michelle Ang**, known for roles in *Fear the Walking Dead* and *The Tribe*.

“It’s impossible to overstate how significant this event is,” expressed expo founder **Bill Geradts**. He highlighted that in 30 years of shows, they’ve never secured such a numerous and impressive lineup at once.

### Voice Talent Companions

Alongside on-camera stars, several renowned voice actors will also make their appearance. **Jim Cummings**, the voice behind beloved characters **Winnie the Pooh** and **Tigger**, along with **Veronica Taylor**, who famously voiced **Ash Ketchum** in the English version of *Pokémon*, will be present. Not to forget, **Alan Tudyk**, noted for his recent role in the *Star Wars* series *Andor*, will join as well.

Due to the extensive lineup, Geradts cautioned that tickets would be limited, with no door sales available during the expo days.

### Event Details

The Armageddon Expo will take place over the Labour Weekend, from **October 24 to 27** at the Auckland Showgrounds. Tickets will be available starting **September 1**.
