Split Enz and Dom Dolla Headline the 2026 Electric Avenue Festival

The lineup for Electric Avenue 2026 has been officially announced, featuring two remarkable headliners at the top of the bill.
Dubbed “Australasia’s biggest party,” this vibrant festival will take place in Christchurch’s Hagley Park from Friday, February 27 to Saturday, February 28, 2026. Attendees can expect an exciting mix that spans five decades of music in just one weekend.
One highlight of the event is the reunion of the iconic New Zealand band Split Enz, who will perform exclusively for their 50th anniversary. Their headline show on Friday marks their first joint performance in nearly two decades.
Festival director Callam Mitchell expressed excitement about the booking, stating, “This is the most historic booking we’ve ever made — it goes far beyond ‘just another headliner.’ It’s going to be a cultural landmark event of epic proportions.”
He also mentioned the appeal of DJ Dom Dolla, calling him “arguably the hottest DJ on the planet at the moment,” with recognition as a stadium artist in many parts of the globe.
Other performers set to grace the stage include indie pop duo Royel Otis, the beloved Ocean Alley, electrifying acts Pendulum and Peking Duk, and many more.
The festival also welcomes a remarkable lineup from further afield, including pop sensation Kesha, dance music veterans Basement Jaxx, and the genre-defying Sudan Archives.
