The gown was embellished with hundreds of tiny light bugle beads, an intricate design completed by 25 artisans over 1,000 hours, as reported by Harper’s Bazaar.
According to Posen, “For this piece, I wanted to create something that speaks to her power, her movement, and her identity.” His approach emphasized a new type of couture that merges functionality with elegance.

Accompanied by her husband, Jonathan Owens of the Chicago Bears, Biles wore diamond earrings and rings from Effy jewelry. Her shoes, from Aquazzura, beautifully complemented her gown, which swept across the floor.
