In the podcast, Shobhaa shared her experience visiting Bastian. She was taken aback by the energetic atmosphere and the youthful crowd. “I didn’t know a single face among the 700 diners. They were ordering high-end tequila in bulk, with each table racking up bills in the lakhs,” she noted.
The Future of Bastian
In a recent announcement, Shilpa Shetty revealed that her original Bastian Bandra location will close its doors, marking the end of an era. “To honor this iconic venue, we’re planning a special farewell event for our loyal patrons,” she wrote on her Instagram.
Despite this, the other branch, Bastian at the Top, will remain open. Shilpa assured fans that they could continue to enjoy the restaurant’s unique vibe and culinary excellence there.
