Sabrina Carpenter Lights Up ‘SNL’ with Performances of ‘Manchild’ and ‘Nobody’s Son’

Two-time Saturday Night Live musical guest Sabrina Carpenter, who also hosted the show, showcased two songs from her latest album, Man’s Best Friend.

Performance Highlights

Carpenter’s second performance was the upbeat track “Nobody’s Son.” This reggae-pop song, featured sixth on her album, was co-written alongside noted collaborators Allen and John Ryan.

Carpenter made her debut on SNL in May 2024. During the season 49 finale, she performed her hit single “Espresso.” This song is also part of her previous album Short n’ Sweet, and she included a medley from Emails I Can’t Send as well. Most recently, she returned to Studio 8H during the 50th anniversary special, where she performed “Homeward Bound” alongside Paul Simon.

Upcoming Tour Dates

Sabrina is set to return to New York next week, as she approaches the final leg of her Short n’ Sweet tour. Following her time in New York, she will perform in Nashville, Toronto, and wrap things up in Los Angeles.
