Rush Expands 2026 Tour to 17 New Cities: ‘Time to Get Back in Shape!’

## Rush Expands Their ‘Fifty Something’ Tour

Earlier this month, Rush shook the rock music scene by announcing their much-anticipated 2026 tour. Excitingly, the band has now extended the tour with 17 additional dates due to overwhelming demand. Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson are set to hit the road again, marking a significant moment for the band as they perform following the loss of their legendary drummer, Neil Peart.

## New Tour Details

The Fifty Something Tour will take fans on a journey through various cities, from Detroit to Tampa, Florida, during the fall and early winter months. Joining Lee and Lifeson will be the talented drummer Anika Nilles, who has garnered positive attention from both the band and fans alike.

> “We are blown away by the response to our tour announcement,” expressed Lee in a video detailing the expanded itinerary. “It’s been both surprising and heartwarming to see how warmly everyone has welcomed Anika into the Rush family.”

Lee added humorously about the preparation required for the tour, saying, “The downside for you, my friend, is that we have to go back into the gym! We need to be strong, because we’re adding 17 more cities to our tour.”

## Ticket Information

Fans are urged to purchase tickets through Rush’s official website or Ticketmaster, as resellers have been significantly increasing prices. “Just be aware of that. Go to the source. Thank you again. We can’t wait to make all those mistakes that we’ve been practicing!” Lee cautioned.

Presales for artists will kick off on October 27, with general tickets available starting October 31.
