Perfume Genius Set to Tour Australia: Dates and Details Revealed

Perfume Genius has announced an exciting Australian tour set for December 2025. The tour will see him performing in various cities, including Ballarat, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Sydney, along with an appearance at the Meredith Music Festival. This marks his first trip back to Australia since 2022, and fans are eagerly anticipating his return.

Tickets for the tour can be purchased from Mistletone. For those interested in attending the shows in Ballarat, Melbourne, and Brisbane, general public tickets will be available starting at 9 a.m. AEST on Monday, August 25th. Meanwhile, tickets for the Sydney concert will go on sale at 9 a.m. AEST on Friday, August 29th.

Hadreas, the talented artist behind the Perfume Genius name, will perform alongside his live band. Attendees can expect to hear tracks from his seventh studio album, Glory (2025), in addition to fan favorites from his previous works. The album features the song “No Front Teeth,” a collaboration with New Zealand singer-songwriter Aldous Harding.

This new release follows Ugly Season from 2022, which Hadreas originally composed as a score for a dance piece by choreographer Kate Wallach.
