Box Office Performance

*OG* has not only become Pawan Kalyan’s highest-grossing film, but it also marks his first film to surpass ₹200 crore at the box office. As reported, it earned ₹121.70 crore net in India by Saturday, with an additional ₹55 crore from international markets, totaling ₹200.85 crore by the end of Saturday.

The film has outperformed *Game Changer*, which amassed ₹186.25 crore during its run, and *Sikandar*, which grossed ₹184.6 crore. *OG* now ranks as the second-highest-grossing Telugu film, trailing only behind Venkatesh’s *Sankranthiki Vasthunam* at ₹255.2 crore worldwide.

Pawan Kalyan’s film benefited from a strategic pricing strategy, with tickets costing ₹1000 in Andhra Pradesh and ₹800 in Telangana during the premiere on September 24. Initial pricing increases have also been allowed for the first ten days of release, supporting the film’s strong earnings.

Even abroad, ticket prices have been adjusted upwards, aimed at maximizing the film’s intake before a projected decline during the weekdays. The upcoming Dasara festival may further aid *OG*, as it currently faces minimal competition, apart from Teja Sajja’s *Mirai*, which debuted on September 12.
