NO CIGAR Unveils New Album Titled ‘Under the Surface’

NO CIGAR has just unveiled their latest album, Under the Surface.

This fresh release includes previously revealed tracks like “Clean,” “Best Behaviour,” “Problem,” and “Chantilly.” The album follows their earlier 2023 release, The Great Escape, which achieved a spot in the Top 20 of the Official NZ Album Chart.

The talented Kiwi indie-rock band describes this project as their “most dynamic album to date.”

According to them, “As we’ve evolved as individuals since our first album, our music has evolved too. We don’t aim for it to be ‘heavier’ or ‘softer’; instead, we seize the moment to shut the world out, get comfortable, and unleash our creativity. The balance between the heavier and softer tracks makes this album our most dynamic work yet. This is NO CIGAR like you’ve never heard before.”

To commemorate the album release, NO CIGAR will embark on a tour through Australia and New Zealand this October and November.
