Liam Gallagher recently shared his thoughts after a fan at a Green Day concert performed Oasis’ “Wonderwall” instead of the expected “Good Riddance.” Footage of the incident, which featured Billie Joe Armstrong removing the fan from the stage, was shared on social media, prompting Gallagher to comment, “Best song of the night.”

The Incident at the Concert
The performance, which took place in Luxembourg, saw Armstrong inviting a young fan on stage to play “Good Riddance,” a tradition at Green Day shows. Instead, the fan began strumming “Wonderwall.” Initially thinking the fan might be playing it in the wrong key, Armstrong offered some quick guidance and humorously said, “You told me you could play this one!”
However, the guitarist continued with “Wonderwall,” and it didn’t take long for Armstrong to realize what was happening. “Oh, fuck!” he exclaimed, taking back his guitar and promptly escorting the fan off the stage.
