Aussies are eagerly anticipating the return of Lewis Capaldi.
Just one day after announcing an additional Melbourne date for his upcoming tour in Australia and New Zealand, Capaldi has revealed a second Sydney performance scheduled for Sunday, December 7th, at the Qudos Bank Arena.
The beloved Scottish singer will take the stage in Christchurch, Auckland, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Perth this November and December. This tour marks Capaldi’s first visit to Australasia since his performances at the Falls Festival during the 2019/20 season, as well as his show at Auckland Town Hall in 2019.
Ticket Sales and Availability
Tickets for Capaldi’s 2025 tour will be available to the general public starting Monday, July 14th at 12 PM local time. A pre-sale via Secret Sounds begins on Friday, July 11th at 11 AM local time. Fans who had purchased tickets for his previously canceled 2023 tour can access a pre-sale on Thursday, July 10th at 11 AM local time. These ticket holders will receive an email from Secret Sounds containing pre-sale information.

During a recent TikTok livestream, Capaldi hinted at his plans for an Australian tour. When questioned about a trip down under, he playfully responded, “I don’t know, maybe just stay tuned, my friend, keep a keen eye on social media, perhaps in the near future.”
Last month, Capaldi made a memorable return to Glastonbury, performing on the iconic Pyramid Stage for the first time since 2023. His previous performance at the festival was challenging due to losing his voice and coping with tics from Tourette’s syndrome, a condition he was diagnosed with in 2022. Following that experience, he chose to take a break from touring to prioritize his mental and physical well-being.
At Glastonbury, Capaldi spoke with heartfelt emotion, explaining, “I’m here to finish what I couldn’t finish.” He opened his set with “Before You Go” and followed it with cherished hits like “Grace” and “Bruises” from his debut album, Divinely Uninspired to a Hellish Extent. He also introduced a new song titled “Survive,” in which he reflects on his experiences over the past two years.
“I’m not going to say much up here today, because if I do, I’ll probably start crying,” he shared with the audience. “It’s just amazing to be here with you all, and I can’t thank you enough for coming out and being here with me. Second time’s the charm on this one.”
