Lenny Kravitz Eyes Regular Tour Stops in Australia – Exclusive Insights

Lenny Kravitz is feeling invigorated and ready to bring his music to fans down under. The iconic American rocker is set to perform a mix of his greatest hits and new tracks from his latest album, Blue Electric Light, during his upcoming tour in Australia this November.

Produced by TEG Live, the Australian leg of Kravitz’s ‘Blue Electric Light Tour 2025’ will take him through major cities including Sydney, Newcastle, Brisbane, and Melbourne, while also making a stop in Mildura—his first performance in that regional Victorian location. The tour will wrap up with a special show at the bp Adelaide Grand Final.

Although the “Fly Away” artist expressed his regrets over not visiting Perth this time, he assures fans that he has plans to connect with them in the future.

Upcoming Tour Plans

“This is just the beginning,” he told RS. “I plan to keep going. I’ll be touring for another year, so it’ll be two years of promoting Blue Electric Light before I take a short break and then release my next album. I want to make this a regular occurrence; there’s no time to slow down.”

The four-time Grammy Award winner remains full of energy despite having released numerous albums since entering the industry in the late ’80s. He shares, “I’m not exhausted. I’m more inspired than ever. The music continues to flow, and I feel grateful for that.”

Creative Outlets

Kravitz’s wellspring of creativity keeps growing. He has multiple music projects planned, including one that ties in with film. He describes his next album as “raw and gritty,” highlighting that it will be a departure from the polished sound of Blue Electric Light. “This upcoming record will be much looser,” he elaborates.

A new audience discovered Kravitz through his role as Cinna in the The Hunger Games series over a decade ago. He also contributed the powerful track “Road To Freedom” for the 2023 Netflix film Rustin, a biopic focused on civil rights advocate Bayard Rustin.

“It was an honor to write for that film,” Kravitz stated, expressing his enthusiasm for future cinematic ventures. “I plan to create my own film for my next album.”

Before he embarks on this new journey, Kravitz will have a residency at Dolby Live in Las Vegas starting August 1, followed by a series of U.S. festivals and, ultimately, his long-anticipated tour in Australia and New Zealand.
