Lainey Wilson Unveils Exciting Tour Dates for New Zealand and Australia
Country sensation Lainey Wilson has officially unveiled her headline tour across Australia and New Zealand, made possible by Chugg Entertainment and Frontier Touring.
This marks her debut performance in New Zealand, with her **Whirlwind World Tour** set to kick off at Auckland’s Spark Arena on February 6. Following her New Zealand shows, she will head to Christchurch, then make her way to Australia for performances in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, and Adelaide, concluding in Perth on February 26.
Tour Highlights
These performances are strategically scheduled around her headline appearance at Howlin’ Country on the Newcastle Foreshore, taking place on February 14.
Last seen performing in Australia in 2024, Wilson headlined the CMC Rocks festival, where she sold out multiple shows in both Sydney and Melbourne. That same year, her album Bell Bottom Country received a Grammy for Best Country Album, and she was named CMA’s Entertainer of the Year, a distinction last achieved by a female artist in 2009.
Her latest project, Whirlwind, has also earned a nomination for Best Country Album at this year’s Grammy Awards, with a deluxe version set to launch on August 22.

Joining Lainey on this exciting tour is the Texan band Flatland Cavalry, along with Oklahoma artist Kaitlin Butts, both of whom will be featured at Howlin’ Country as well.
Kaitlin Butts recently garnered acclaim for her album Roadrunner!, solidifying her reputation for delivering electrifying live performances.
