LA Fashion Week's AHF Set to Grow in China and Ecuador

## AHF Expands Internationally

Art Hearts Fashion (AHF), based in California and known for organizing Los Angeles Fashion Week, is taking a bold step into new territories, announcing plans to expand into Shanghai, China, and Ecuador.

The organization shared its vision for international growth following the conclusion of this season’s LA Fashion Week, which saw over 30 designers showcase their collections at The New Mart in Downtown LA.

## Upcoming International Showcases

Looking ahead, AHF has scheduled showcases in Shanghai in November and Ecuador in December. Their mission continues to center on celebrating global fashion and creativity.

In Los Angeles, the emphasis was on amplifying voices from global talent and highlighting the work of Black designers and minority creatives.

### Community Initiatives

A standout moment from the event was the Black Design Collective’s Upcycle Denim and Sustainability Project. This community fashion show, developed in collaboration with Guess Jeans, Wells Fargo, and The Salvation Army, featured participants crafting garments from donated denim and recycled materials.

Designers such as Mister Triple X and Alexis Monsanto also provided hints about AHF’s upcoming plans for its event in China, as they are set to “take center stage at Shanghai Fashion Week,” according to a press release.

### Celebrity Collaborations

Additionally, AHF announced that NBA star Lamar Odom will join the venture, presenting his brand showcase in Shanghai next month, following his attendance at LA Fashion Week.

For AHF, entering new markets aligns with a broader goal of promoting global talent. Since its founding in 2010, the runway production platform has operated various events across the United States, adopting a diverse and inclusive approach that often emphasizes philanthropic efforts.
