Kim Lim Accuses Ex-Personal Assistant of Embezzlement and Theft in Singapore

Allegations of Misconduct Against a Former Assistant

Singaporean billionaire heiress Kim Lim has recently made serious allegations against her former personal assistant. She claims that the assistant misappropriated a company credit card and vehicle, in addition to stealing cash and luxury items from her.

Details from the TikTok Livestream

During a TikTok livestream with influencer Xiaxue on October 21, Lim described the situation as a “drama” that caused her significant emotional pain. She mentioned that a police report has been filed regarding the incident and confirmed that the assistant is no longer part of her staff.

Confrontation and Discovery

Lim revealed that her personal assistant was using a company vehicle when she was caught driving under the influence without a valid license. Lim received a disturbing call from the police while she was abroad, informing her of this incident.

At that time, she also discovered discrepancies in the company credit card statements, which showed multiple charges totaling thousands of dollars at host clubs—expenses that she firmly stated were not authorized by her.

A Chance for Redemption

Upon confronting her, the assistant reportedly became emotional and apologized. Lim decided to give her another chance, suggesting a brief break before her return, as she had been a loyal employee for an extended period.

Missing Valuables

However, Lim later realized that her assistant had knowledge of the office safe’s password. Concerned, she instructed her team to inspect its contents, only to find that a Patek Philippe watch worth S$80,000 and over S$10,000 (approximately US$7,695) in red packet money for her son were missing. Other luxury items, including designer clothing and handbags, were also reportedly unaccounted for.
