Kesha to Headline Australia’s Inaugural Mighty Hoopla Festival

Global pop sensation Kesha is set to headline the Australian debut of Mighty Hoopla, the UK’s beloved celebration of pop culture. This iconic festival will take place on Bondi Beach, Sydney, on Saturday, February 21st, 2026.

Kesha, famous for her chart-topping hits like “Tik Tok,” “We R Who We R,” and “Joyride,” promises to bring her unique flair and electrifying stage presence to this much-anticipated first edition of Mighty Hoopla in Australia.

“We’re thrilled to introduce Mighty Hoopla to this part of the world,” stated Jamie Tagg, Co-founder of Mighty Hoopla. “After Kesha’s incredible performance with us in London earlier this year, she was the clear choice for our Australian debut.”

This London-born festival is making its way to Australia with a commitment to deliver an unforgettable atmosphere filled with joy, dynamic performances, and vibrant pop music. It’s known for its distinctive mix of entertainment that has earned it a loyal following abroad.

Festival-goers can look forward to a dazzling array of pop stars, drag performers, DJs, and LGBTQ+ party collectives from both the UK and Australia, with the full lineup to be revealed soon.

Since its launch in 2016, Mighty Hoopla has grown to become the UK’s largest pop festival, a vibrant celebration of freedom, inclusivity, and the music that inspires us. Previous lineups have showcased prominent artists like Nelly Furtado, Sugababes, Years & Years, Steps, Kelly Rowland, TLC, All Saints, and Jessie Ware, among others.

Now, for the first time, it’s Australia’s turn to experience this exciting festival in all its sparkling glory.
