Kanye West is currently confronting fresh accusations of sexual assault stemming from an updated lawsuit brought by his former assistant.

### Background of the Lawsuit

In June 2024, Lauren Pisciotta, who acted as West’s assistant from 2021 to 2023, initiated legal action against him. Her original claims included sexual harassment, breach of contract, and wrongful termination. Shortly after the case was filed, West’s legal team labeled the allegations as “baseless,” hinting at allegations of blackmail and extortion directed toward Pisciotta.

### Amendments to the Case

Now, over a year later, Pisciotta has filed an amended lawsuit that introduces even more serious allegations, such as stalking, sexual battery, sex trafficking, and false imprisonment.

### Disturbing Claims

The revised lawsuit outlines disturbing behavior, including claims that West made lewd remarks about Pisciotta’s appearance, pressured her to wear revealing clothing, and regularly groped her. Furthermore, it alleges that he forced her to witness sexual acts involving other women and sent her explicit images, demanding reciprocal actions from her.

Among the more shocking claims, it is asserted that West attempted to vaginally penetrate Pisciotta with his fingers and that he allegedly committed oral rape against her without consent. The lawsuit also describes incidents of forced kissing and physical aggression, with one claim stating he offered someone the chance to engage in sexual relations with Pisciotta in exchange for allowing West to be intimate with that person’s partner.

### Previous Amendments

This isn’t Pisciotta’s first amendment to the lawsuit. Four months after the initial filing, she expanded her allegations, claiming that West drugged and sexually assaulted her during a session at a studio owned by Sean Combs.
