Aamir Khan and Vishnu Vishal: A Heartfelt Bond
In a revealing interview, Vishnu Vishal expressed deep gratitude towards Aamir Khan, describing him as "the greatest gift God has given me." Their bond grew stronger when Aamir’s family supported Vishnu’s partner, Jwala Gutta, during her IVF journey.
A Friend in Need
Vishnu recounted how his friendship with Aamir began. Initially meeting for professional reasons, their relationship soon evolved into a familial connection. In 2023, while Aamir’s mother was undergoing treatment in Chennai, Vishnu stepped in to help find accommodations for Aamir’s team. From this act of kindness, a friendship blossomed.
Vishnu shared how Aamir influenced his perspective on both cinema and life. He admired Aamir’s empathy, stating, “I learned from him as a producer, an actor, a father, a husband, and a human being.”
“Imagine having the kind of pressure or stature he has in life and still being that gentle,” Vishnu reflected.
Aamir’s Compassion
The relationship took on deeper significance when Vishnu and Jwala faced challenges with conception. Aamir played a crucial role in their journey, suggesting a skilled doctor for Jwala’s IVF in Mumbai. Vishnu recalled, “He treated us like family and brought joy back into our lives.”
During the ten months Jwala spent in Mumbai for treatment, Aamir’s family took personal care of her, which further solidified their bond. Vishnu eventually asked Aamir to name their daughter, expressing that he considered Aamir an integral part of their journey to parenthood.
Family and New Beginnings
Vishnu had previously been married to Rajini Natraj, with whom he shares a son, Aryan. After their separation, he and Jwala got engaged in 2020 and married in 2021, welcoming their daughter Mira in 2025.
