A video shared on social media shows Jr NTR holding his side while sitting and expressing that he was in pain. He frequently adjusted his posture, indicating discomfort, even closing his eyes at times.

During the event, Jr NTR attempted to interact with fans despite his discomfort. A fan rushed through security to hug him and request a selfie. Jr NTR, however, moved away due to his pain, maintaining a polite demeanor while declining the interaction.

Earlier on September 19, his team confirmed that he sustained a minor injury while filming an advertisement. They assured fans that he was stable and advised against speculation.

Currently, Jr NTR has been busy working on his upcoming projects, including a film with director Prasanth Neel. *Kantara Chapter 1*, a prequel to the highly successful 2022 film, is set to release in multiple languages on October 2.
