Join K-Pop's Andrew Choi and Jinu for Vocal Workshops in Singapore!

Fans of KPop Demon Hunters in Singapore can look forward to seeing Your Idol, Jinu, making a splash in the country this month. Along with Ahn Hyo-seop, the voice of the demon, promoting his latest film on July 29, Andrew Choi, the artist behind Jinu’s singing voice, will conduct several vocal workshops at the K-pop training academy SM Universe (Singapore).

And yes, Soda Pop is on the agenda too!

As a signed artist under the prestigious South Korean label SM Entertainment, Choi has made his mark as a singer-songwriter, collaborating with various K-pop sensations including NCT 127 and SHINee.

For those eager to learn from him, both one-on-one and group sessions are available this month. The group lessons will focus on vocal style and techniques for singing “Soda Pop,” the popular track from KPop Demon Hunters.

Choi’s one-on-one workshops are one-hour sessions scheduled between July 25 and 29, costing S$300 (before GST).

Group lessons will take place on July 26 and 27, from 11 am to 12:30 pm, and are priced at S$420 (before GST).

In a recent statement, Jonathan Ang, director at SM Universe (Singapore), expressed excitement about Andrew Choi’s visit, stating, “We are thrilled to welcome Andrew Choi to our Singapore campus. This is a unique opportunity for our students and the public to learn directly from an artiste who embodies the professionalism, creativity, and international appeal we strive to nurture in our own talent.”

KPop Demon Hunters has taken the world by storm, topping Netflix’s global charts. Additionally, songs from the film have seen significant success, with Saja Boys and Huntrix becoming the highest-charting K-pop groups on US Spotify.
