Singer-songwriter Joe Jonas has candidly addressed his divorce from actress Sophie Turner. In an interview with Esquire, he highlighted how his brothers, Kevin and Nick Jonas, provided invaluable support during this challenging period. He emphasized his commitment to their children, Willa (5) and Delphine (3).
Joe shared that divorce can be incredibly difficult, noting, “Divorce is tough. It’s not easy for anybody. People are quick to make assumptions.” He expressed gratitude for the support of family and friends, adding that performing helps him connect with others facing hardships.
Reflecting on his children and his relationship with Sophie, Joe stated, “Getting out on the other side two years later, and having a relationship with my co-parent, you realize you do everything for your kids. I’ll do anything for them, and there’s a lot to navigate through that.”
In September 2023, Joe filed for divorce in Miami, citing that their marriage was “irretrievably broken.” They had previously released a joint statement, highlighting their amicable decision to part ways. The couple shares two daughters, Willa, born in 2020, and Delphine, born in 2022.
Sophie later spoke about their separation in an October 2024 interview, describing the split as “incredibly sad,” while reflecting on their beautiful relationship.
