Ibrahim Ali Khan Calls for Another Chance Amid Speech Controversy
As Ibrahim Ali Khan prepares for his upcoming film *Diler*, he seeks a second chance from fans and critics.
Ibrahim Ali Khan, the son of Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh, has captured the spotlight even before his Bollywood debut. With his charming looks and amusing engagements with the media, many anticipated great things from him. However, his first film *Nadaaniyan*, where he starred alongside Khushi Kapoor, received a mixed reception. Instead of praise, he faced harsh criticism, with many of his scenes circulating as memes online. His follow-up project, *Sarzameen*, hinted at his potential but didn’t bring the acclaim he desired. This time around, Ibrahim is appealing for another opportunity.
In a candid conversation with Esquire India, Ibrahim reflected on his experience with *Nadaaniyan*, admitting it fell short of expectations. He explained, “I worked hard, especially on my speech issues. However, I rushed into that film.” He acknowledges that he should have taken more time to prepare. Discussing his speech impediment, which stems from severe jaundice at birth, he confidently stated, “I don’t believe my speech issue will hinder my path to stardom. My father’s journey inspires me to work harder and improve.”
Currently, Ibrahim is focused on *Diler*, directed by Kunal Deshmukh, which marks his theatrical debut. He’s eager to showcase his talents and made a heartfelt request to his audience: “Give me one more chance.” We genuinely hope that he gets the opportunity he seeks and look forward to witnessing his growth on the big screen next year.
