Halsey to Celebrate ‘Back to Badlands’ Tour with Australian Dates

To mark the tenth anniversary of her debut album, *Badlands*, Halsey has announced an exciting world tour, which will feature performances in Australia.

The American singer will visit Australia in February of next year, with concert dates confirmed in Sydney, Brisbane, and Melbourne.

General ticket sales will begin at 10 AM local time on Friday, September 5th. Check out the details below for more information.

Released in August 2015, *Badlands* catapulted Halsey into stardom, reaching the top 10 on various global albums charts, including a #2 spot in Australia, and achieving triple platinum status.

In recent weeks, Halsey has been hinting at various celebrations in honor of the album anniversary. The anticipation began with an expansive vinyl release, but she felt that more was warranted. The multi-platinum album features popular tracks such as “New Americana,” “Hold Me Down,” “Control,” “Castle,” “Hurricane,” “Ghost,” and “Gasoline,” alongside gold-certified songs “Roman Holiday,” “Haunting,” “Drive,” “Young God,” and “Coming Down.”

“You think the most exciting thing I had for you was VINYLS?” Halsey shared on X. She emphasized the importance of patience: “I don’t think *Badlands* could be released in today’s era because people are so used to instant gratification; they wouldn’t have the patience for a gradual rollout.” She also expressed her own eagerness: “It’s definitely sorta backloaded lol I’m so impatient, but there’s a lot on the docket,” she responded to a fan query about upcoming surprises for the month.
