Froth & Fury 2026: Polaris, In Hearts Wake, and Private Function Take the Stage

Polaris is set to take center stage at the 2026 Froth & Fury Fest. This year marks an exciting expansion as the festival arrives in Perth, joining its longtime home in Adelaide. Fans can catch the action in Perth HPC located in Mount Claremont, WA, on Saturday, January 24th, followed by the Adelaide Showgrounds in Wayville, SA, on Saturday, January 31st.
The festival’s organizers proudly declare that Froth & Fury is “Fan Made. Fan Owned & Fan Proud!” emphasizing that both Perth and Adelaide will be front and center for this musical celebration.
As headliners, Polaris will deliver their unique blend of intense emotion and technical metalcore. They will share the stage with Max Cavalera, who will perform a double set featuring both Soulfly and his industrial-thrash project, Nailbomb.
Exciting Performances
The festival boasts a diverse lineup, including heavyweights from Byron Bay, like In Hearts Wake, as well as U.S. skate-punk veterans Lagwagon. Black metal icon Abbath Doom Occulta will treat fans to classic songs from Immortal, ensuring a wide range of musical styles.
Homegrown talent won’t be left out either; Ocean Sleeper will showcase their powerful live performance, while punk legends Frenzal Rhomb make their debut appearance at Froth & Fury. Additionally, Canada’s Archspire and Belgium’s Aborted will represent the extreme metal fans.
Other acts include Melbourne’s Private Function, Adelaide’s own Terminal Sleep, and Brisbane’s Zuko.

Add to the excitement, Adelaide fans can catch Comeback Kid celebrating 20 years of their album Wake the Dead, accompanied by U.S. act Gridiron.
