The 17-piece capsule is curated for the “modern woman navigating life between the city and the sea.” Engineered to resonate with the style-conscious and environmentally-aware female audience, the collection emphasizes functional yet stylish outfits without sacrificing ethics.

Amelia Hornblow, Finisterre’s chief product officer, emphasized that this is their inaugural womenswear-only partnership created by women for women. The intention was to encapsulate the brand’s core values of durable, purpose-driven attire while infusing Amy’s unique design perspective.
Finisterre aims to merge urban and rural lifestyles, crafting a flexibly designed collection for everyday wear.

She expressed enthusiasm for combining exquisite technical expertise with thoughtful design for this capsule collection.
“All Rivers Lead to the Sea” Collection
Titled ‘All Rivers Lead to the Sea,’ this collection comprises a range of items, including outerwear, knitwear, and versatile staples. Each piece fuses technical performance with elegant style, utilizing sustainable materials like Tencel, NetPlus, certified organic cotton, and 100% Merino wool.
Powney conveyed her desire to minimize environmental impact in her designs and praised Finisterre’s dedication to marine conservation and responsible sourcing.

Empowering Women with Sustainable Fashion
As a certified B-Corp, Finisterre emphasizes environmental responsibility throughout its operations. Powney’s influence comes from her documentary, *Fashion Reimagined,* showcasing her dedication to transparency in sourcing materials.
The earthy color palette, inspired by Cornwall’s landscapes, includes shades of green, deep blue, and soft neutrals. This collection provides women with adaptable pieces suitable for urban or coastal environments.

The collection highlights practical outerwear, including a waterproof parka designed for any environment, a military-inspired quilted jacket, and a beach robe with cozy fleece details. Accessories feature crafts like a ribbed rollneck and Aran jumper, offering modern choices for any layering scenario.
Powney aimed to design a collection that embodies the multifaceted nature of women’s lives. She envisions versatile pieces that can evolve with the wearer, countering fast fashion and promoting sustainability.

Finisterre, a B-Corp company committed to sustainability, draws inspiration from Powney’s film *Fashion Reimagined* to showcase her transparent sourcing ethos. The earthy tones of the collection reflect Cornwall’s rugged beauty, enhancing adaptability for women moving through both urban and coastal surroundings.
