When Rakhi suggested it might be valued at ₹15 crore, Farah humorously countered, saying, “My place isn’t worth ₹15 crore! Why lower the market value of my property? That’s the price of the watchman’s room in our building.”

As Rakhi arrived, she playfully compared their properties, asserting that her own house’s value was three times higher. In the light-hearted exchange, Farah downplayed the ₹15 crore figure, insisting her apartment cost much more. “I can’t disclose the actual price, considering it’s also spread over two floors,” she mentioned.
