Farah Khan Visits Diana Penty’s Century-Old Home

In a recent episode of her vlog featuring her cook Dilip, filmmaker Farah Khan explored Diana Penty’s stunning 100-year-old house in Mumbai. Visibly impressed, Farah couldn’t help but compare the historical home to the iconic Mannat, owned by Shah Rukh Khan, sparking laughter from Diana.

Uncovering a Heritage Gem

During her visit, Farah enthusiastically shared stories about the home’s fascinating history, exclaiming, “Please give me a house tour! This feels like I’ve stepped back into time!” She discovered a beautifully carved wooden table and learned it was over a century old, prompting her to declare, “I’m thrilled to be in a place that has things older than me!”

Her excitement peaked in the kitchen, where she exclaimed, “Wow! Look at this kitchen – it’s incredible!” Turning to Dilip, she asked if he had ever seen such a beautiful house, to which he smiled and said, “No ma’am, never.”

Diana chimed in, saying, “I have a farm outside too.” Farah responded, “How lovely! This doesn’t feel like Mumbai at all.”

A Fun Comparison to Mannat

Diana revealed that her family has lived in the home for four generations, dating back exactly 100 years. The spacious design caught Farah’s attention. She remarked, “Not even a dance studio in Lokhandwala is this big! It’s as large as Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat living room.”

Diana looked surprised by the compliment and initially disagreed, but Farah insisted she was serious, playfully adding, “I should invite Shah Rukh over!” To which Diana replied with a grin, “I’d love to have Shah Rukh here.”
