As reported by trade sources, Dude earned approximately ₹10 crore net on its first Monday, pushing its total domestic earnings to about ₹40.75 crore. The film maintained its numbers on Monday during the holiday but did not see a significant increase. It opened with ₹9.75 crore, and its weekend collections included ₹10.4 crore on Saturday and ₹10.6 crore on Sunday. Notably, it has been performing noticeably better in the Tamil market compared to its Telugu audience.

Dude is a production by Mythri Movie Makers and features music composed by Sai Abhyankar. The movie centers on two young characters, Agan (Pradeep Ranganathan) and Kural (Mamitha Baiju), whose lives take unexpected turns following a marriage proposal.
